BB eSports is a woman-founded and woman-led esports organization committed to developing players, building stronger competitors, and creating meaningful pathways through competitive gaming, STEM education, and transferable workforce skills.
Our programs use esports as a practical learning environment where participants strengthen communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, digital literacy, data analysis, content creation, event production, and project management. By combining structured competition with STEM-aligned curriculum and career-connected learning, we help participants understand how the skills developed through esports can transfer into education, employment, and future career opportunities.

BB Player Development Academy
The BB Player Development Academy provides structured esports education, coaching, and competitive development while connecting gameplay to STEM learning and transferable workforce skills. Through guided instruction, VOD review, practical learning sessions, team-based activities, and competitive experiences, participants strengthen communication, decision-making, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, digital literacy, data analysis, and professional accountability.
Our level-based developmental pathway meets players at their current stage and helps them work toward clear, measurable goals.
